For systems integrators and consultancies
Accelerate legacy discovery by 80% and protect fixed-price RFP margins.
Run PYD ENTERPRISES in the first week of client discovery, deliver a white-label rule inventory in week two, and price the build from counted rules instead of a contingency guess.

The SI dilemma
You bid fixed price on code nobody has read.
Modernization RFPs ask for a fixed price on the build, often with discovery bundled in. The client cannot tell you how many business rules the estate contains, because nobody can. So the practice bids from LOC counts, analogies to past programs and a contingency line that is either too high to win or too low to survive.
Then discovery starts, and a team of senior consultants spends ten to fourteen weeks reading COBOL and Java to produce specification documents. That time is billed at a fixed price, so every extra week comes out of margin. And the rules nobody found surface mid-build, where they turn into change requests the client disputes or rework the practice absorbs.
PYD ENTERPRISES changes the order of work. The parse and rule extraction happen in the first days, inside the client's environment. Consultants spend discovery validating a complete inventory with client SMEs, which is the work that needs their judgment, and the build estimate rests on numbers the client can check.
Fixed-price bid arithmetic
What three weeks instead of three months does to a discovery margin.
Move the sliders to match a phase you have bid. The arithmetic is plain: price minus team cost, with and without PYD ENTERPRISES.

PYD ENTERPRISES' worked example. The PYD ENTERPRISES column assumes the same team reaches a reviewed rule inventory in about three weeks and pays the Discovery Scan list price per engagement; under a Global SI Partner license the per-engagement cost is usually lower. Time saved can also go to target architecture work the client values more.

FAQ
Questions from practice leads.
Does client code ever reach our network or PYD ENTERPRISES'?
No. PYD ENTERPRISES runs inside each client's environment for the length of the engagement. Your consultants work in the client's sign-off view; exports are delivered to the client's repositories. Nothing is sent to the SI's network or to PYD ENTERPRISES.
How does white-labeling work?
Report templates carry your practice's name, logo, colors and boilerplate. PYD ENTERPRISES branding is removed from the report and the exported documents. The underlying DMN, OpenAPI and JSON Schema files are open standards with no vendor marking.
Can we customize the parser for a client's dialect?
Yes. Dedicated parser customization is included in the Global SI Partner license: vendor precompilers, in-house macro languages and nonstandard COBOL extensions are added as dialect packs, usually within a discovery window.
Will this cannibalize our discovery revenue?
It changes what clients pay for. Fixed-price discovery phases become more profitable, and consultant time moves from reading code to validation, architecture and build planning. Practices typically keep their discovery price and deliver evidence earlier.
How is the partner license priced?
From $150,000 per year, typically $150,000 to $400,000 depending on concurrent engagements, dialect customization and enablement. Our alliances team quotes it after a working session with your practice leadership.
